Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using Division, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. What Division Does
Division is a PC optimization tool designed to help improve system performance by adjusting certain settings, reducing unnecessary background activity, and applying performance-focused optimizations.
Performance results may vary depending on your hardware, operating system, installed programs, drivers, background processes, game settings, and other system conditions.
3. No Guaranteed FPS Increase
Division is built to help improve performance, but we do not guarantee a specific FPS increase, benchmark score, latency reduction, or performance result. Some systems may see noticeable improvements, while others may see minor or no visible changes.
4. License to Use Division
When you purchase or receive access to Division, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use, unless we state otherwise in writing.
You may not resell, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, crack, bypass licensing, or attempt to extract the source code of Division.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own device, files, settings, games, applications, accounts, and data. Before using optimization software, you should save important work and back up important files.
You agree not to use Division on systems you do not own or do not have permission to manage.
6. System Changes
Division may apply changes to system settings, startup behavior, background services, temporary files, performance settings, and other areas related to optimization.
While Division is designed to be safe and practical, changing system settings can affect how certain programs behave. You understand that optimization may not be suitable for every system configuration.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Division to:
- Break any law or violate another person's rights.
- Bypass licensing, payment, or access controls.
- Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code.
- Interfere with our website, servers, software, or security systems.
- Resell or redistribute Division without written permission.
- Misrepresent Division as your own product.
8. Purchases and Payments
Prices, features, access periods, and product availability may change at any time. You agree to provide accurate payment and account information when purchasing Division.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend or terminate access to Division.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on our posted refund policy, the product purchased, the access already provided, and the circumstances of the request. We may deny refund requests where the software has already been delivered, used, abused, or where the request violates our policies.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update Division to improve performance, fix bugs, add features, remove features, improve security, or maintain compatibility. Some features may change or stop working over time due to operating system updates, driver changes, third-party software, or other technical reasons.
11. Third-Party Software and Services
Division may interact with your operating system, games, launchers, drivers, applications, and other third-party software. We do not control third-party products and are not responsible for their behavior, updates, restrictions, or compatibility issues.
12. Account Access
If Division requires an account, license key, email, login, or other access method, you are responsible for keeping that information secure. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your access unless we allow it in writing.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse our services, attempt to bypass security, commit fraud, misuse support, or harm Division, our users, or our systems.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Division is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or able to produce any specific performance result.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Division and its owners, team members, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, reduced performance, downtime, software conflicts, account issues, or system problems.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Division from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to your use of the software, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our services.
