Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Notice
Division is a digital software product. Once access has been delivered, downloaded, activated, or used, the product is considered received.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are limited and are reviewed based on the situation.
2. No Guaranteed Performance Increase
Division is designed to help optimize your PC and improve system performance, but results vary depending on your hardware, operating system, drivers, installed software, game settings, and other system conditions.
We do not guarantee a specific FPS increase, benchmark score, latency reduction, or performance result. Not receiving a specific performance increase does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if one of the following applies:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not activated or used the software.
- You did not receive access and support was unable to resolve the issue.
- A technical issue caused by Division prevents you from using the software, and support cannot provide a fix.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied in situations including, but not limited to:
- The software was downloaded, activated, or used successfully.
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- Your PC hardware is too weak, outdated, unstable, or unsupported.
- You expected a specific FPS increase that was not promised.
- You ignored setup instructions or refused reasonable troubleshooting steps.
- You violated our Terms of Service.
- You attempted to share, resell, crack, reverse engineer, or abuse the software.
- Your account, license, or access was suspended due to fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations.
5. Support Before Refunds
If you are having trouble using Division, you should contact support before requesting a refund. Many issues can be fixed with setup help, configuration changes, or troubleshooting.
We may ask for details such as your order email, license information, screenshots, error messages, P version, or basic system information to help resolve the issue.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
contact@divisionoptimizer.comPlease include your order email, order ID if available, the reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or error details.
7. Review Time
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve, deny, or request more information before making a decision.
If approved, refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or platform used for the purchase.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while the dispute is reviewed.
Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment abuse may result in permanent account or license termination.
9. Subscriptions
If Division is sold as a subscription, you are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want to renew.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or approved by us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
